Dakhina Real Estate (Pvt.) Limited was incorporated as a Joint Stock Company in 2004 as a private limited company. My father, the Late Syed Panaul Haque was the founder Chairman, and my wife Mona Haque was the Managing Director. After his death, I voluntarily retired and took over the responsibility of these companies.

          Dakhina City was his dream project, this is a family-owned business. Now, Mrs. Mona Haque is the Chairman, I am the Managing Director, Syed Tajwar Azam and Syeda Salwa Azam are the Directors. We have started to purchase land in this location since 2004. The legality and genuineness of this project is unquestionable.
